Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, a certified Functional Strength Coach, and a virtually lifelong martial artist with a passion for fitness. I’ve been practicing Taekwondo since I could walk, and my love for movement led me to earn a degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University. I’ve competed successfully nationally, co-owned a martial arts studio, and found my calling in coaching others to live their healthiest lives.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my husband and our two dogs, staying active, and exploring new adventures!
